The Shenzhen Education System Committee has established a "2+3+4" operational framework, comprising dual-position directors, three fundamental construction areas, and four safeguard mechanisms.1 Following the exchange meeting, the research team conducted an on-site inspection at Pingshan School in Nanshan District on October 10th.1 The school's construction of a "Five Good" committee, implementation of its overseas remittance education system, and advancement of labor education practices were examined.1 Notably, Pingshan School houses the Huihua Museum, the nation's first campus-based original exhibition dedicated to overseas remittances in primary and secondary education, featuring over 400 authentic remittance documents and more than 300 student research outcomes.1
Pingshan School's committee has developed a three-dimensional nurturing framework emphasizing "emotional integration, wisdom convergence, and spiritual cultivation."1 Both sides committed to strengthening communication and collaboration to jointly advance high-quality development of education system work in caring for the next generation.1
