从口岸前往医院设有9:30和14:00两个发车班次，乘客需提前一天线上预约1；返程班车于13:00和17:00发车，需提前30分钟预约1。福田、皇岗口岸的乘车点设在福民地铁站A出口，莲塘口岸上车点在莲塘口岸地铁站A2出口1。
这项服务是医院今年完善交通配套体系的最新举措1。此前该院已于4月推出"滴滴惠行"打车优惠券项目，5月11日开通D30接驳公交，7月启动定点接送商务车和临时公交站点，8月31日上线无障碍出租车预约就医服务1。截至目前，已有近万市民受益于该系列交通便民举措1。
