农机油费每亩多花7到10元 农户种粮成本稳住了吗

受国际油价波动影响，今年秋收期间农机用柴油成本明显上升。10号柴油零售价目前在每升8元左右，较去年同期上涨近2元。1由于收割一亩玉米需耗油4到5升、收割一亩水稻需耗油3升半到5升，农户每亩地的油费较去年增加7到10元。1全国"三秋"农机作业成本因此较去年增加约60亿元。1

面对成本压力，机收服务价格基本持平或仅小幅上涨，农机手和合作社承担了部分负担。1为稳定农户收益，各地与中国石油、中国石化推出多项优惠措施。1中国石油对农机柴油在零售价基础上给予3%优惠，润滑油优惠至5.9折，吉林销售公司单台农机用油成本平均节省1500余元，最多可节省2100余元。1湖北省8月以来全省优惠幅度达到8%，部分市县叠加优惠至10%。1全国范围内农机燃油按照目前最高限价坚持平均5%左右的优惠力度，可为农机手节省用油成本近20亿元。1

Driven by fluctuations in international oil prices, the cost of diesel fuel for autumn harvest machinery operations has climbed significantly this year. 1 The retail price of 0-grade diesel currently stands at approximately 8 yuan per liter, compared to around 6 yuan per liter in the same period last year, an increase of nearly 2 yuan per liter. 1 For farmers, this translates into higher per-acre fuel expenses: harvesting one acre of corn requires approximately 4-5 liters of diesel, while one acre of rice requires 3.5-5 liters, resulting in 7-10 additional yuan in fuel costs per acre compared to last year. 1 Nationally, the total increase in machinery operating costs for the "three autumn" harvest operations—autumn grain harvest, autumn plowing, and autumn planting—amounts to approximately 60 billion yuan. 1

To mitigate the impact on farmers and agricultural machinery operators, multiple measures have been implemented across the country. 1 Machine harvesting service prices have remained largely stable or increased only marginally despite the fuel price surge, with machinery operators and agricultural cooperatives absorbing part of the cost pressure. 1 In response, government authorities and major oil companies, including China National Petroleum Corporation and China Petrochemical Corporation, have introduced fuel purchase discounts, green lanes for machinery fuel supply, and fuel delivery directly to fields. 1 These initiatives are projected to reduce machinery operators' fuel costs by approximately 20 billion yuan through an average discount of around 5 percent nationally. 1 In Jilin Province, China National Petroleum's regional sales company has achieved average per-unit machinery fuel cost savings exceeding 1,500 yuan, with some cases reaching maximum savings of 2,100 yuan. 1 Hubei Province has implemented even deeper discounts, offering an 8 percent reduction province-wide since August, with some municipalities stacking additional discounts up to 10 percent. 1
