中国对台湾友邦巴拉圭、贝里斯政要发布反制措施

中国外交部对巴拉圭资通讯科技部长比亚德和贝里斯外交暨外贸部长冯赛卡两位政要发布反制措施1。中国外交部指控这两位官员出于私利，顽固支持巴拉圭与中国台湾地区维持所谓邦交关系，并在涉华问题上采取一系列恶劣言行，损害中方核心利益1。

反制措施包括三项内容：冻结两人在中国境内的动产、不动产和其他各类财产；禁止中国境内的组织、个人与两人进行交易、合作等活动；不予签发签证、不准入境，包括香港、澳门1。这些措施自2015年10月12日起施行1，依据为《中华人民共和国反外国制裁法》1。

China's Foreign Ministry has announced countermeasures against two government officials from Taiwan's diplomatic allies Paraguay and Belize, accusing them of supporting Taiwan's maintenance of diplomatic ties and engaging in hostile conduct on China-related matters 1.

The targeted officials are Gustavo Emigdio Villate Samaniego, Paraguay's Minister of Information and Communications Technology, and Francis Fonseca, Belize's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade 1. The sanctions, which took effect on October 12, 2015, include three main components: freezing the officials' movable and immovable assets within China, prohibiting Chinese organizations and individuals from conducting transactions or cooperation with them, and denying them visa issuance and entry into China, Hong Kong, and Macau 1.

China's Foreign Ministry stated that the measures were adopted under the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, citing that "individual anti-China politicians in the two countries have stubbornly supported Paraguay's so-called diplomatic relations with the Taiwan region of China out of selfish interests, and have engaged in a series of hostile acts on China-related issues that damage China's core interests" 1.
