交通接驳方面，口岸已连通地铁7号线皇岗口岸站，预留5条轨道线路接口4，并开通23路、E25路、366路、M169路、N68路、A10路、NA11路等7条公交线路，其中包括2条夜间线路4。深圳交警发布交通组织方案，采用西进西出、东进东出、各类车流相对分离的原则3，口岸周边道路全天24小时禁止除民生行业外的电动自行车通行3。
福田区同步启动配套服务，推出免费接驳巴士线路连接皇岗口岸与福田中心区CBD的7个核心商圈，运营时间为上午10点至晚上20点，每半小时一班2。巴士线路途经卓悦INTOWN、会展中心、平安金融中心、购物公园、皇庭广场及领展中心城、卓悦中心、深圳之眼等地点2。此外，福田全区离境退税商店已增至369家2，福田星河COCO Park、领展中心城、卓悦中心均设有离境退税集中退付点2，符合条件的港澳台旅客同一天在同一家退税商店购买满200元人民币可申请离境退税2。

The port's design capacity accommodates 200,000 daily passenger clearances, with potential expansion to 300,000 passengers in the long term,1 and operates 24-hour clearance services.1 Ground transportation infrastructure includes connection to Metro Line 7 at Huanggang Port Station with five reserved rail line interfaces,4 and seven bus routes—including two night routes—serving the area.4 Shenzhen traffic police implemented traffic organization based on westbound-in/westbound-out and eastbound-in/eastbound-out principles, with complete separation of different vehicle types.3 Additionally, electric bicycles are prohibited 24 hours daily on surrounding roads, except for those operated by essential service industries.3
Complementing the port's opening, Futian District launched a free shuttle bus service connecting the new port to seven core commercial districts in Futian's CBD, operating from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with service every half hour.2 Departure locations include Mixc INTOWN, the convention center, Ping An Financial Center, and other commercial hubs.2 The region has expanded its duty-free refund merchants to 369 stores,2 with designated refund collection points established at Shenzhen COCO Park, Citywalk, and Mixc.2
