全国性涉外法律服务平台"法通"网正式上线

司法部于10月10日召开新闻发布会，宣布全国性涉外法律服务平台"法通"网（lexcom.12348.gov.cn）正式上线运行1。该平台为"走出去"企业和公民提供法律法规查询、专业问题咨询等服务1。

平台已集中收录涉外法律、法规、规章1800余部，覆盖全球187个国家的约1500篇法律资源1。具体包括976部域外法律中文译本、512篇国别法务指南和140个典型案例1。

平台提供"法小通"AI智能体和"法通咨询"两种咨询渠道1。司法部还计划开展涉外企业法务人员培训以建强法务队伍1。

The Ministry of Justice officially inaugurated the nationwide cross-border legal services platform "Fatong" (lexcom.12348.gov.cn) on October 10th, as announced during a press conference.1 The platform is designed to provide enterprises and citizens pursuing international expansion with access to legal regulations, professional consultation services, and other resources necessary for cross-border operations.1

The platform has consolidated more than 1,800 cross-border laws, regulations, and rules, along with approximately 1,500 legal resources covering 187 countries worldwide.1 This collection includes 976 Chinese translations of foreign laws, 512 country-specific legal guides, and 140 representative case studies.1 Users can access consultation services through two channels: "Faxiaotong," an AI-powered intelligent assistant, and "Fatong Consultation," which connects users with professional advisory teams.1 The Ministry of Justice has also announced plans to conduct training programs for legal professionals at cross-border enterprises to strengthen their legal compliance capabilities.1
