高频数据显示三季度居民消费意愿稳步回暖

国家发展改革委国家信息中心日前发布的高频数据显示，三季度在存量政策和增量政策协同作用下，经济保持稳中有进态势。1消费领域表现突出，线下消费支付金额同比增长2.6%，较二季度提高0.7个百分点。1进入9月，这一增速进一步加快至3.1%，环比上升0.5个百分点，连续三个月保持上行，反映居民消费意愿稳步回暖。1三季度商品消费增长4.5%。1第三方支付数据同样印证了这一趋势，9月"收钱吧"平台支付金额同比增长5.7%，较8月提高1.3个百分点。1

在投资方面，人工智能、人形机器人等前沿领域成为新增长点。1三季度这些领域资本投资同比增长184.1%，9月增速进一步攀升至198.7%。1外贸保持高景气，港口货运表现强劲，三季度港口货运船舶离港载重同比增长43.1%，到港载重增长0.3%。19月港口货运离港载重同比增长53.2%，到港载重增长4.5%，增速均有提升。1

Beyond consumer spending, capital investments in frontier sectors demonstrated robust expansion during the quarter.1 Investment in artificial intelligence and humanoid robots surged 184.1 percent year-over-year in the third quarter, with September registering accelerated growth of 198.7 percent.1 Port activity also reflected economic vitality, as outbound vessel cargo tonnage jumped 43.1 percent year-over-year in the third quarter, reaching 53.2 percent growth in September.1 These trends underscore the economy's steady-and-improving trajectory, supported by a combination of existing and newly implemented policy measures.1
