中法举行第二十八次战略对话

中共中央政治局委员、中央外办主任王毅与法国总统外事顾问博纳10日在大同举行第二十八次中法战略对话1。双方就深化中法战略合作进行深入沟通，在航空航天、核能、人工智能等领域深化合作达成广泛共识1。

王毅表示，中欧可以通过对话妥善处理经贸分歧，强调信任是中欧关系的底色和基础，经贸分歧只是阶段性现象2。博纳回应称，欧洲的发展需要中国，欧方不愿打贸易战、不寻求对华脱钩，愿作中方可信、可靠的伙伴2。双方确认恪守一个中国政策，并肯定了中欧贸易投资磋商机制第二次例会的积极成果1。此外，双方就乌克兰危机、中东局势等国际问题深入交换意见2。

China's Communist Party Politburo member and Director of the Central Foreign Affairs Office Wang Yi met with France's presidential foreign policy advisor Bonnet on October 10 to conduct the 28th China-France strategic dialogue 12. The talks, held in Datong, focused on deepening bilateral strategic cooperation and addressing trade-related issues between China and Europe.

Wang Yi emphasized that dialogue remains the appropriate mechanism for resolving economic and trade differences between China and Europe 2. He stressed that trust forms the foundation of China-Europe relations and characterized trade disputes as temporary phenomena rather than structural problems 2. Wang Yi also advocated for achieving "upward balance" rather than "downward balance" in the relationship 2. In response, Bonnet stated that Europe's development requires China and reaffirmed that France does not seek decoupling or trade conflict with Beijing 12. He expressed France's willingness to serve as a trustworthy and reliable partner for China 2.

The two sides confirmed their commitment to the one-China policy 1 and agreed to strengthen strategic communication and mutual trust 1. They identified priority areas for expanded cooperation, including aerospace, nuclear energy, advanced manufacturing, green and low-carbon development, artificial intelligence, education, culture, youth exchanges, sports, and local government cooperation 1. The second meeting of the China-Europe trade and investment consultation mechanism produced positive progress 12. Additionally, both parties exchanged views on international issues including the Ukraine crisis and the situation in the Middle East 12.
