今年9月，坪山区单月挂牌产业用地4宗，创建区以来单月产业用地挂牌宗数历史新高1。按照发展规划，坪山区未来五年计划释放连片产业用地5平方公里，新增优质产业空间500万平方米1。目前，坪山已集聚芯、存、封、光领域企业超300家1。2025年全区商事主体总量增至9.6万户，同比增长8.89%1。
Shenzhen's Pingshan District has recently conducted a concentrated auction of nine industrial land parcels with a combined area of 23.5 hectares.1 Taichemguang Communications Co., Ltd. won a land parcel in Kengzi Street with a bid of 18.6 million yuan, planning to invest approximately 720 million yuan to construct a high-end research and development production facility on the site, which spans 17,185.83 square meters.1
The district achieved a historic monthly record in September, with four industrial land parcels listed for auction in a single month, marking the highest number since Pingshan District's establishment.1 The nine parcels auctioned this year represent part of the district's broader industrial development strategy, which aims to release five square kilometers of contiguous industrial land over the next five years and add 5 million square meters of quality industrial space.1 Pingshan District has already concentrated over 300 companies in the chip, memory storage, packaging, and optical technology sectors.1
