海南发布暴雨四级预警 启动防汛防风四级应急响应

受偏东急流影响，海南省气象局于10月7日16时30分发布暴雨四级预警1，海南省防灾减灾救灾委员会随后于17时启动防汛防风四级应急响应1。本次强降水过程将主要影响海南岛东半部地区，降雨时段为7日夜间到8日白天1。

根据预报，琼海、万宁、琼中、屯昌部分乡镇将迎来100-150毫米强降水1，海口、文昌、三亚等7个市县部分乡镇降水50-100毫米1，其余地区雨量在10-50毫米1。为防范汛情风险，琼海、万宁、陵水水务部门已启动牛路岭水库、万宁水库等多座水库开闸泄洪1。

Hainan Province's Meteorological Bureau issued a Level 4 rainstorm warning on October 7 at 4:30 p.m., with the provincial disaster prevention, mitigation and relief committee launching a Level 4 flood and wind emergency response at 5 p.m. the same day 1. Heavy rainfall is expected to strike the eastern half of Hainan Island from the evening of October 7 through the daytime of October 8 1. Several townships in Qionghai, Wanning, Qiongzhong, and Tunchang are forecast to receive 100 to 150 millimeters of precipitation 1. Partial areas in seven municipalities including Haikou, Wenchang, and Sanya are projected to experience 50 to 100 millimeters of rainfall, while remaining regions will see 10 to 50 millimeters 1. In response, water management departments in Qionghai and Wanning have initiated sluice gate operations at multiple reservoirs, including the Niulüling and Wanning reservoirs, to discharge floodwaters 1.
