天津正加速推进以科技创新、智能制造和交通枢纽为核心的发展格局升级。截至2025年末，天津已获批组建29家全国重点实验室、布局建设7家海河实验室，国家和部级创新平台总数突破280家1。全市有效发明专利达到83204件，每万人口高价值发明专利拥有量达到25.2件1。天开高教科创园累计注册企业超5000家，创新生态不断完善1。
智能制造方面，天津已累计培育基础级及以上智能工厂528家，其中卓越级智能工厂17家、先进级智能工厂221家，机器人产业生态逐步形成1。2026年上半年，全市12条重点产业链在链规模以上工业企业增加值增长5.1%1。新兴产业表现突出，新能源、新材料、新一代信息技术产业链增加值分别增长14.6%、14.3%和12.7%1。
作为国际枢纽港，天津港已开通150余条集装箱航线，与全球180多个国家和地区的500多个港口有贸易往来1。2026年上半年，天津港货物吞吐量和集装箱吞吐量分别同比增长超2%和超6%，双双创历史新高1。

The Tianjin Science and Education Innovation Park has accumulated over 5,000 registered enterprises, while the total number of national and ministerial-level innovation platforms has exceeded 280 1.
In intelligent manufacturing, Tianjin has cumulatively cultivated 528 smart factories at the foundational level and above as of November 2025, including 17 at the excellence tier and 221 at the advanced tier 1. This emerging ecosystem is reshaping the city's industrial landscape. In the first half of 2026, the 12 key industrial chains experienced value-added growth of 5.1% among large-scale industrial enterprises, with new energy, new materials, and next-generation information technology chains growing at 14.6%, 14.3%, and 12.7% respectively 1.
Port operations have also reached record levels, with Tianjin Port's cargo throughput and container throughput both surpassing historical highs in the first half of 2026, up more than 2% and 6% year-on-year respectively 1. The port has opened over 150 container shipping routes and maintains trade relations with more than 500 ports across more than 180 countries and regions worldwide 1.
