China has chosen the film "Welcome to Dragon Restaurant" to represent the country in the competition for Best International Feature Film at the 99th Academy Awards.123 Directed by Wen Muye and starring Shen Teng, the film tells the story of a Chinese chef who establishes a restaurant in the Middle East during wartime to settle debts but becomes caught in the turmoil of conflict.12
