A 30-year-old Washington state resident, James Cody Bryant, has been arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder abroad in connection with a deadly school shooting in British Columbia.1 The attack, which occurred in February at a school in Tumbler Ridge, resulted in eight deaths, including six children, making it Canada's second deadliest school shooting.1
