The astronauts are executing a comprehensive research agenda that includes investigations into microbial metabolism and nutritional patterns, human brain function under multitasking conditions, and microgravity physics experiments.1 In addition to their scientific work, the crew has completed maintenance on the regenerative life support systems and performed routine care for the space station combined platform.1 Medical assessments have been conducted, including cervical ultrasound examinations, bone density measurements, intraocular pressure and fundus evaluations, and mass measurements to monitor their health status during extended orbital residence.1
