顾军被指丧失理想信念，对抗组织审查，违反中央八项规定精神，搞权色交易，大肆收钱敛财，利用职务便利为他人谋利 1。肖杰则因无视中央八项规定精神，利用职权为亲属谋取利益，搞权钱交易，非法收受巨额财物受到通报 1。韩嵩违反中央八项规定精神，多次接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请和旅游安排，纵容、默许亲属违规取酬，进行权钱交易 1。三人涉嫌犯罪问题均已移送检察机关依法审查起诉 1。
China's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection announced the expulsion of three senior officials from the Communist Party of China for serious violations of discipline and law.1
The officials expelled include Gu Jun, former deputy party secretary and general manager of China National Nuclear Corporation; Xiao Jie, former party group member and vice chairman of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress; and Han Song, former party committee member and vice president of China Resources Holdings.1 The violations cited against them encompassed breaches of the central leadership's eight-point code of conduct, power-for-money transactions, and acceptance of massive illicit payments.1 Han Song was additionally dismissed from his official position.1
Gu Jun was accused of abandoning ideals and convictions, resisting organizational investigations, violating the eight-point code of conduct, engaging in power-sex transactions for benefits, and using his position to profit others while accumulating wealth illegally.1 Xiao Jie was charged with disregarding the eight-point code, abusing authority to secure benefits for relatives, conducting power-for-money exchanges, and accepting substantial unlawful remuneration.1 Han Song faced allegations of violating the eight-point code by repeatedly accepting banquets and travel arrangements that could compromise impartial execution of duties, permitting and tolerating relatives' illegal compensation, and conducting unscrupulous power-for-money transactions without regard for discipline or law.1 All three officials have had their cases involving suspected criminal conduct referred to procuratorial authorities for legal investigation and prosecution.1
