A car lost control and struck a crowd of rugby league supporters in Newcastle, Australia on October 3, resulting in injuries to multiple people.12 The incident occurred in the Wooloomooloo suburb, located approximately 110 kilometers north of Sydney, where fans had gathered to celebrate Newcastle Knights' advancement to the National Rugby League Grand Final against the Sydney Roosters, scheduled for the following day.1
