工业和信息化部近日公布第一批国家新兴产业发展示范基地创建名单，深圳高新技术产业开发区南山园区智能机器人示范园区成功入选，成为全国首批21个园区类示范创建对象之一1。该示范园区总面积20.04平方公里，已集聚200余家机器人产业链企业，其中包括32家专精特新"小巨人"企业与15家上市公司1。
2025年深圳机器人产业总产值达2426亿元，人形机器人整机产量34.34万套，同比增长83.1%1。工业机器人和服务机器人的产量均位居全国第一1。与此同时，南山区战略性新兴产业集群增加值达6105亿元，占全区GDP的六成，占全市总量近四成1。
根据规划，南山智造（红花岭基地）的总规模接近百万平方米，将于2026年5月启用1。工业和信息化部为示范基地设置了严格准入门槛，要求园区近三年主导产业规模以上企业平均营业收入不低于100亿元，研发投入强度不低于3.5%1。到2035年，我国将创建约100个园区类示范基地1。

In 2025, Shenzhen's robot industry achieved a total output value of 2,426 billion yuan, with humanoid robot production reaching 343,400 units, representing an 83.1 percent year-on-year increase 1. Both industrial robots and service robots ranked first nationally in output 1. The Nanshan "Robot Valley" has attracted over 200 enterprises involved in the robot industry chain, including 32 specialized and innovative "hidden champion" enterprises and 15 listed companies 1.
The admission threshold established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requires that the average operating revenue of large-scale enterprises in the dominant industry over the past three years must not be less than 100 billion yuan, with a research and development investment intensity of at least 3.5 percent 1. While only 21 parks were selected in this first batch, the country plans to establish approximately 100 park-category demonstration bases by 2035 1. The Nanshan Smart Manufacturing facility at the Red Flower Ridge Base is planned with a total scale of nearly one million square meters and is scheduled to commence operations in May 2026 1.
