深圳龙华区正通过建立全域就业服务体系，创新职业技能培训模式，帮助普通劳动者实现技能转变和增收。该区依托12个就业驿站常态化开展就业培训，累计服务群众近9600人次，同时辖区工匠培训基地已开展公益培训超55场，覆盖2100余人次1。在特色培训方面，"AI夜校"等创新品牌已开设课程超2000班次，惠及群众超6.9万人次，培训内容涵盖AI绘画、西点烘焙、跨境电商等新型技能1。
在政企联动方面，龙华区推动6家链主企业与24所院校合作开展培训，已组织60家次企业开展新型学徒制培训，覆盖6084人次1。就业补贴支持力度不断加大，区级已发放就业补贴超5300万元，惠及群众3万余人次，新型学徒制培训专项补贴已发放1613.38万元1。今年上半年，龙华区新增认定1家区级技能大师工作室，拨付专项资助资金90万元1。
龙华区计划下半年开展补贴性、公益性职业技能培训超1万人次，力争全年完成超5万人次的培训目标1。
Shenzhen's Longhua District has launched a comprehensive employment service system designed to equip workers with in-demand skills and boost earning potential.1 The district operates 12 employment service centers that provide regular training programs, serving nearly 9,600 residents to date.1 These initiatives include public workshops at the district's craftsmanship training bases, which have conducted over 55 programs reaching more than 2,100 participants.1
The district has also developed distinctive training brands to expand reach. Its "AI Night School" and similar programs have offered more than 2,000 course sessions, benefiting over 69,000 residents.1 Training topics span emerging fields such as AI illustration, pastry baking, and cross-border e-commerce, enabling workers to acquire modern skills.1 To date, the district has distributed employment subsidies exceeding 53 million yuan, supporting over 30,000 individuals.1
To strengthen industry-education alignment, the district has mobilized lead enterprises and 24 educational institutions in collaborative training efforts.1 Sixty enterprise partners have participated in apprenticeship-style training programs, reaching 6,084 participants and generating specialized subsidies of 16.1338 million yuan.1 In the first half of this year, the district designated one additional district-level master craftsman workshop and allocated 900,000 yuan in dedicated funding.1 Looking ahead, the district plans to conduct subsidized and public vocational training programs reaching over 10,000 participants in the second half of 2024, with a goal of surpassing 50,000 participants for the full year.1
