The Ruiying Z10 employs Huawei's HyperClick ultra-mount interface standard and supports continuous variable zoom video recording at 1-10x magnification.1 This launch coincides with Huawei's broader mobile imaging strategy update. Executive Director Yu Chengdong announced the debut of the Ruiying XMAGE imaging brand, positioning it as a shift from a full-stack self-developed imaging technology brand toward an imaging culture brand with global reach.2 The Mate 90 series handsets will debut the upgraded XMAGE imaging system, incorporating features such as continuously variable aperture across all focal lengths, the third-generation Hongfeng original-color video sensor, ultra-large sensor 200-megapixel telephoto capabilities, and an 18EV super-high dynamic range main sensor.2
