中国驻美大使谢锋：中美合作是双行道，永远在进行时

中国驻美大使谢锋9月30日在华盛顿表示，中美双方要把新定位的愿景转化为行动，朝着"合作为主、竞争有度、分歧可控、和平可期"的方向努力1。谢锋指出中美利益深度交融，合作是双行道，永远在进行时，双方要持续拉长合作清单、压缩问题清单1。

谢锋强调，中美元首北京会晤确立了建设性战略稳定关系新定位，华盛顿会晤以"尊重、公平、对等"丰富了新定位的内涵1。他表示两国要跨越"修昔底德陷阱"，走出中美正确相处之道1。谢锋透露，年底前两国元首有望在深圳、迈阿密两度聚首1。招待会吸引美联邦参议员戴安斯、白宫、国务院、商务部等代表800多人出席1。

Chinese Ambassador to the United States Xie Feng stated on September 30 in Washington that both countries must translate their newly established strategic positioning into concrete action, working toward a relationship defined by cooperation as the primary focus, competition kept within bounds, differences manageable, and peace achievable.1

Xie emphasized that Sino-American interests are deeply intertwined and that cooperation represents a two-way street in continuous progress.1 He called for the two nations to persistently expand their list of collaborative initiatives while narrowing their list of outstanding issues.1 According to Xie, the new positioning for constructing a constructive strategic stability relationship was established during the Chinese and American leaders' meeting in Beijing, and was further enriched with the principles of "respect, fairness, and reciprocity" during talks in Washington.1

Looking ahead, Xie indicated that the two countries' leaders are expected to meet twice before year's end, with summits planned in both Shenzhen and Miami.1 The ambassador's remarks came at a reception in Washington that drew more than 800 attendees, including U.S. federal senators, White House officials, and representatives from the State Department and Commerce Department.1
