Compared to the Kirin 9020 chip, the new processor delivers a 13% CPU performance increase, a 54% GPU boost, a 13% NPU improvement, and an overall 27% gain in system performance 1. The Mate 90 features a 6.75-inch flat display and runs HarmonyOS 7, which includes new capabilities such as Xiaoyi Note-Taking Assistant, Xiaoyi Trigger-Based AI, and Xiaoyi App Assistant 1.
