The Shenzhen Small and Medium Enterprise Financing Guarantee Company's "Technology Guarantee Plan" has cumulatively disbursed over 6.7 billion yuan in loans, serving nearly 3,000 enterprises 1. Additionally, the "Cross-over Loan" program has surpassed 300 million yuan in disbursements, benefiting more than 100 technology companies 1. Luohu has mobilized a 4-billion-yuan technology lending fund pool alongside an approximately 54-billion-yuan scale industrial fund to accelerate commercialization 1. Shenzhen Guarantee and Investment Group has invested in nearly 300 projects to date, with more than half strengthened through linked lending and investment mechanisms 1. In February 2025, the group jointly established the Shenzhen Disruptive Technology Innovation Center with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Technology Innovation Center and Luohu District 1.
