8月中国核发绿证3.54亿个 环比增长15.75%

国家能源局于9月30日公布的最新数据显示，2026年8月中国核发绿色电力证书3.54亿个，环比增长15.75%，涉及可再生能源发电项目370.96万个1。其中可交易绿证达2.12亿个，占比60.04%1。

当月全国交易绿证6055万个，环比增长11.13%，同比增长25.18%1。交易结构中，绿色电力交易绿证2552万个，环比减少0.25%但同比增长44.86%；单独交易绿证3503万个，环比增长21.21%，同比增长13.91%1。从价格走势看，电量生产绿证均价持续上升，2024年为每个0.61元，2025年升至每个3.21元，2026年进一步上升到每个6.32元1。

China's National Energy Administration announced on September 30 that the country issued 354 million green certificates in August 2026, representing a month-on-month increase of 15.75% and covering 3.7096 million renewable energy generation projects 1.
