深圳市龙岗区平湖街道的罗山谷于9月29日正式开园，成为龙岗区首个鸿蒙公园1。该项目占地11.35万平方米，其中林地3.8万平方米、水域1800平方米，可经营公园式商业空间6400平方米，实现了94%面积留给自然、6%留给商业的配比1。项目容积率为0.041。
罗山谷引入了18家品牌，涵盖餐饮、艺文、运动等多种业态，其中超过80%为主理人品牌和首店品牌，包括全国首店3家、华南首店5家和深圳首店4家1。该公园搭载鸿蒙底座技术，实现了智能监管与安全预警功能，可覆盖苗木倒伏、绿植病虫害、绿地垃圾堆积、水域安全、设施破损、违规行为等六类预警事件1。这一技术应用推动园林管养从传统人工巡查模式转向数据派单模式1。
罗山谷于9月29日至10月2日期间举办"山人节"活动1。
Luoshan Valley, Shenzhen's debut HarmonyOS park, officially opened on September 29 in the Pinghu subdistrict of Longgang District 1. The 113,500-square-meter development allocates 94% of its area to natural landscape and reserves 6% for commercial use, with a remarkably low plot ratio of 0.04 1. The site encompasses 38,000 square meters of woodland, 1,800 square meters of water features, and 6,400 square meters of operational park-style commercial space 1.
The park has introduced 18 brands spanning dining, arts, and sports sectors, with over 80% representing proprietor-owned and debut brands 1. Among these, three are national first locations, five are first appearances in South China, and four are Shenzhen debuts 1. Leveraging HarmonyOS technology infrastructure, Luoshan Valley enables intelligent supervision and early-warning systems that detect six categories of incidents—including sapling toppling, pest infestations, litter accumulation, water safety hazards, facility damage, and violation alerts—shifting park management from manual patrols to data-driven dispatch 1. The park will host a Mountain Festival from September 29 to October 2 1.
