2026年2500亿元超长期特别国债支持消费品以旧换新资金已全部下达

国家发展改革委会同财政部向地方下达了2026年第四批625亿元超长期特别国债，用于支持消费品以旧换新，至此全年2500亿元资金已全部下达。1

从1至8月的实施成效看，以旧换新相关商品销售额达1.55万亿元，惠及2.08亿人次。1其中汽车以旧换新成交535.3万辆，家电以旧换新涉及9145.8万台，数码和智能产品购新1.08亿件。1值得注意的是，新能源乘用车在汽车以旧换新中的占比连续5个月超过60%，反映出消费结构不断优化升级的趋势。1

From January through August, the trade-in program generated sales totaling 1.55 trillion yuan and benefited 208 million consumer transactions 1. Within this period, automobile trade-ins reached 5.353 million units, while home appliances accounted for 91.458 million units across six product categories 1. Additionally, 108 million units of digital and smart products were purchased under the program 1. New energy vehicles have maintained a market share exceeding 60 percent for five consecutive months within the automobile trade-in segment 1.
