The Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs have successfully concluded a specialized property registration initiative for martyrs' cemeteries nationwide. 1 Following more than a year of coordinated effort beginning in 2025, all 5,439 martyrs' cemeteries—including concentrated burial areas and columbaria for martyrs' ashes—have completed registration and received official property certificates. 1
