督察工作发现了多项突出问题 1。其中包括"高耗能、高排放"两高项目盲目上马、建筑垃圾违法违规处置、违法捕猎贩卖野生鸟类禁而不绝等现象 1。部分林地、湿地、河道、自然保护地等敏感生态区域遭到侵占破坏，"三北"防护林建设不严不实，红树林保护仍有不足 1。生活污水收集处理不到位，养殖污染问题突出，"垃圾围村"问题仍有发生 1。
督察组将持续加强调度督促，确保被督察对象整改到位 1。
The third round, sixth batch of central ecological and environmental protection inspectors have completed their feedback work on seven provinces and regions—Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Guangdong, Guangxi, Tibet, and Xinjiang—as well as the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.1 The inspectors launched this comprehensive review in May 2026 and identified numerous critical environmental issues requiring remediation.1
The inspection uncovered widespread problems spanning multiple sectors of environmental protection.1 These include the reckless advancement of energy-intensive and high-emission projects, illegal disposal of construction waste, encroachment and damage to ecologically sensitive areas such as forestry land, wetlands, river channels, and nature reserves, as well as shortcomings in the protection of mangrove ecosystems and the "Three-North" Shelter Forest Program.1 Additionally, deficiencies were found in wastewater collection and treatment systems, alongside prominent livestock farming pollution and instances of waste accumulation in rural areas.1 The inspectors also documented persistent illegal hunting and trafficking of protected bird species.1
To ensure accountability and effectiveness, the inspection team has committed to sustained oversight and coordination to guarantee that the inspected regions fully implement corrective measures.1
