为推进实验区建设，龙岗已制定具体举措1。2025年5月，龙岗将成立全国首个人工智能领域政府直属机构——区人工智能（机器人）署1。2026年9月，AI服务一条街正式开放，龙岗8个龙搭子服务品牌将集中进驻1。此外，8月中国工商银行深圳龙岗支行为深圳市爱智慧科技有限公司落地首笔算力e贷，授信额度500万元1。龙岗目标是推动相关产业规模达千亿元1。
The Guangdong Provincial Committee's Deep Reform Commission convened on September 28 to endorse the establishment of an AI and robotics application reform and innovation pilot zone in Shenzhen's Longgang District 1. The decision recognizes Longgang's position as an industrial powerhouse and designates it as a testing ground for emerging technologies in real-world manufacturing environments.
Longgang brings substantial assets to this initiative. The district has accumulated a gross domestic product exceeding 600 billion yuan and industrial output surpassing one trillion yuan 1. More critically, it hosts approximately 13,000 enterprises across the AI and robotics supply chain, representing roughly one-fifth of Shenzhen's concentration in this sector 1. The district has invested in data and computing infrastructure, deploying nearly 20,000 petaflops of state-owned computing capacity while commanding access to an additional 50,000 petaflops of social computing resources 1.
The pilot zone strategy focuses on translating technological advances into commercial applications. Longgang plans to establish a dedicated AI service street, which is scheduled to officially open in September 2026 and will house eight specialized service brands under its "Longgang helper" initiative 1. In May 2025, the district will launch China's first government-affiliated agency dedicated exclusively to AI and robotics operations 1. The district has committed 160 million yuan annually toward industrial development incentives and assembled an AI funding matrix with a total scale of approximately 3 billion yuan 1. Early momentum includes the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China's Shenzhen Longgang branch extending the first computing power e-loan to Shenzhen Aizhi Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., with an authorized credit limit of 5 million yuan, completed in August 1.
