深圳职业技术大学教师李文涛在第48届世界技能大赛中获得餐厅服务项目金牌1。大赛于9月27日在上海闭幕1，这枚金牌创造了历史——既是中国在该项目的首枚金牌，也是亚洲首金，改写了亚洲选手在该项目无金牌的历史1。李文涛是广东省首位在餐厅服务项目代表中国站上世赛赛场的选手1。
李文涛的成绩来自于长期的艰苦训练。在集训期间，他每天的训练时间达到10至12小时1。此前，他在2023年第二届职业技能大赛中获得铜牌，随后在2024年世赛国家队五进一选拔赛中排名第二1。在上海的比赛中，赛期4天，他需完成零点餐厅服务、宴会服务、酒吧服务、咖啡与下午茶、休闲餐厅服务及葡萄酒盲品等竞技项目1，最终战胜全球强手。
本届世界技能大赛汇集了来自68个国家和地区的千余名选手，共设64个竞赛项目1。
Li Wentao, a teacher at Shenzhen Polytechnic University, claimed the gold medal in the restaurant service category at the 48th World Skills Competition, which concluded on September 27 in Shanghai 1. This achievement marks China's first-ever gold medal in this event and represents the first gold medal for Asia in the restaurant service category, breaking the historical record of Asian competitors in this discipline 1.
The four-day competition encompassed multiple service disciplines, including fine dining service, banquet service, bar service, coffee and afternoon tea service, casual restaurant service, and blind wine tasting 1. Li Wentao's path to this victory involved rigorous preparation, with training sessions lasting 10 to 12 hours daily during the preparation period 1. He is the first competitor from Guangdong Province to represent China on the World Skills stage in the restaurant service category 1.
Prior to this international triumph, Li Wentao earned a bronze medal at the Second National Vocational Skills Competition in 2023 and finished second in the 2024 World Skills National Team qualifying round 1. The 48th World Skills Competition drew over 1,000 competitors from 68 countries and regions competing across 64 different events 1.
