论坛期间9家企业签约落地龙岗，覆盖储能、新材料、智能装备等产业1。龙岗区同步推进"四力协同"新市政体系建设，整合电力、运力、飞力、算力资源1。
The 2026 Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Forum, also known as the Shenzhen National Low-Carbon City Forum, concluded on September 23 after a two-day run.1 Organized around the theme "Innovative Green Economy Development, Building a Zero-Carbon Urban Future," the forum adopted a "1+3" format consisting of one opening ceremony and thirteen events across three major tracks: green low-carbon industry, zero-carbon city construction, and green public action.1
Shenzhen released its Green Low-Carbon Development White Paper and secured approval to establish the National Carbon Metrology Center (Shenzhen), which will be built based on the Shenzhen Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection.1 The city maintains the lowest per-unit GDP carbon dioxide emissions among China's megacities.1 The forum unveiled ten selected projects for 2026 urban green low-carbon scenarios and highlighted eight enterprises, including Dongpeng Beverage, as ESG Practice Pioneer Enterprise Exemplars for 2026.1
During the forum, nine enterprises signed agreements to settle in Longgang District, with operations spanning energy storage, new materials, and intelligent equipment sectors.1 Longgang District is advancing a new municipal system integrating "four forces": electrical power, transportation capacity, aviation capability, and computing power.1
