深圳再添3位首席技师，薪酬比肩高管

广东省人力资源和社会保障厅公布了2026年第一批首席技师名单，全省共13人入选，其中深圳占据3席。1这三位首席技师分别来自建筑装饰数字化、黄金珠宝非遗技艺和新能源电池检测领域。1根据相关规定，首席技师薪酬待遇可参照本单位高级管理人员标准。1

郑开峰在建筑装饰数字化领域成果显著，其攻关的数字化放样关键技术使放样精度提高了30%，施工周期平均缩短25%。1黄金珠宝领域的黄成将近两年高端手工定制业务累计实现工费收入近900万元。1新能源电池检测专家许辉勇主导及参与编制了国家、行业、地方及团体标准23项，获授权知识产权54项。1

深圳的技能人才队伍规模庞大，已达415万人，占全市人才队伍的60%，其中高技能人才占技能人才比例约40%。1目前深圳已有14家企业完成特级技师、首席技师自主评聘备案，累计评聘特级技师86人、首席技师12人。1

Xu Huiyong has led or participated in drafting 23 national, industry, local, and group standards, and holds 54 authorized intellectual property rights 1.

Shenzhen's skilled workforce now reaches 4.15 million people, accounting for 60 percent of the city's total talent pool 1. Among these skilled workers, high-skilled personnel comprise approximately 40 percent 1. The city has already established 14 enterprises that have completed autonomous evaluation and appointment procedures for chief technicians and special-grade technicians, cumulatively evaluating and appointing 86 special-grade technicians and 12 chief technicians 1.
