值得注意的是，卫福部医院护理师在2024年8月赴西藏旅游时被盘查，对方要求提供军医院院长个人地址、护理长姓名、看诊医师军阶等资料。1陆委会主委梁文傑表示，"这是第一次出现曾在军医院工作的护理师被盘查案例"，1认为此举反映中共试图了解台湾军医院运作。梁文傑强调"可见中共对台湾的渗透是无孔不入"，1并建议公务人员"没事不要去（大陆）"。1
陆委会提醒，公务机关除公务事由外应严格把关赴陆申请，返台后如遇异常应如实通报。1

Two Criminal Investigation Bureau officers were continuously interrogated over three days in July 2024 while sightseeing in Harbin and other cities 1. Their interrogators pressed them on topics including cross-strait unification, political stance, views on Taiwan independence, and their work duties 1. Separately, a Ministry of Finance tax official was questioned during a July 2024 trip to Beijing and Tianjin, and again during an August 2024 visit to Tibet and Sichuan 1.
The most significant development involved a nurse from a Health and Welfare Ministry hospital who was interrogated in August 2024 while traveling in Tibet 1. The interrogators demanded sensitive information including the personal address of the military hospital's director, the names of nursing supervisors, and the military ranks of attending physicians 1. According to Liang Wen-chieh, this marked the first documented case of a former military hospital employee being subjected to mainland interrogation 1. Liang characterized the pattern as evidence that "the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration into Taiwan is pervasive," and recommended that civil servants "avoid going to the mainland unless necessary" 1. The Mainland Affairs Council advised government agencies to strictly review mainland travel requests for non-official purposes and instructed personnel to report any unusual incidents upon returning to Taiwan 1.
