The evaluation form scores potential guardians across five dimensions encompassing thirteen indicators, including daily life provisions, educational companionship quality, and physical and mental health maintenance 1. By the end of August 2024, courts in Xingtai had applied this assessment form to 521 child custody cases, achieving an 8.9 percent increase in case resolution and satisfaction rates compared to the previous period 1. In these efforts, courts prioritize the principle of acting in the best interests of minor children while providing psychological guidance and family education support to all parties involved 1.
