湖北高级人民法院日前维持对港籍黑帮老大黄大发的死刑原判，并立即执行，同时依法报请最高人民法院核准1。黄大发因组织和领导黑社会性质组织、故意伤害、诈骗等21项罪名，已于2024年4月被湖北黄冈市中级人民法院判处死刑并没收个人全部财产1。
1961年出生的黄大发是湖北武汉人，曾是当地城中村强制拆迁的幕后黑手1。2016年围攻板桥村武汉爱乐音乐学校事件中，两百多名暴徒持刀甚至枪支参与，造成1人死亡、数十人重伤1。同年，分管土地规划的武汉市洪山区副区长易文军落马后，黄大发随之淡出公众视野1。
据报道，黄大发被捕前曾以港人身份以港币4.5亿元（约新台币18亿元）从熊大喜手中购买位于香港浅水湾的一座独立屋1。
A high-ranking organized crime figure in Hubei Province has had his death sentence upheld on appeal. The Hubei High People's Court confirmed the capital punishment against Huang Dafa on charges spanning organized crime leadership, intentional injury, and fraud, with the sentence to be carried out immediately and referred to the Supreme People's Court for final approval.1
Huang Dafa, born in 1961 and a native of Wuhan, was initially sentenced to death in April 2024 by the Huanggang Intermediate People's Court on 21 criminal counts, with all personal assets ordered to be confiscated.1 The defendant allegedly served as a driving force behind forced demolitions of urban villages in Wuhan, orchestrating violent removal operations on multiple occasions.1 In one 2016 incident at Banqiao Village involving the Wuhan Philharmonic Music School, more than 200 assailants armed with knives and firearms participated in an attack that killed one person and left dozens severely injured.1
Prior to his arrest, Huang Dafa is reported to have purchased an independent house in Repulse Bay, Hong Kong under his Hong Kong resident identity for HK$450 million from a seller named Xiong Daxia.1 After a land planning official in Wuhan's Hongshan District fell from power in 2016, Huang Dafa faded from public view.1
