深圳市光明区交安委印发了《光明区电动自行车安全驾驶技能培训体系建设试行方案》，将电动自行车安全培训制度化、规范化推进1。9月22日，光明区在玉塘街道玉律社区举办了首场公开实操培训，采用实操实训与普法宣传相结合的模式1。培训设置了紧急制动、S形绕桩、坡道起步、大型车辆盲区避险等核心训练科目，并面向社区居民、外卖骑手、快递从业人员等重点群体开展安全法规宣教1。
光明区已构建起覆盖全链条的培训体系，包括销售端告知、线下驾驶教学体验、线上学习认证和保险激励等环节1。在此次推广之前，光明区曾在东坑社区完成了实操试点1。根据试行方案，光明区将继续在各社区推广电动自行车安全驾驶技能培训1。
