The scope of Law's operation was extensive, with approximately 1,200 packages containing poisonous substances distributed across roughly 40 countries worldwide, with about a quarter directed to the United Kingdom.1 Nearly 80 deaths in the UK have been linked to Law's sales.1 Identified victims include Tom Parfett, who died in October 2021; Henry Tucker, aged 14, who died in October 2021; Stephen Mitchell Jr., who died on March 25, 2023; and Amara Scott, who died on February 9, 2022, at age 25.1 Law was arrested in May 2023 following an investigation involving at least 11 law enforcement agencies from approximately 12 countries, including the United Kingdom, Italy, and the United States.1 As part of a plea agreement with Canadian authorities, Law will not face charges in the UK or be prosecuted for deaths occurring there.1
