中共二十届五中全会前两天内调整六省区党委书记

中共二十届五中全会召开前夕，中共中央在两天内进行了大规模省区主要领导调整1。此次调整涉及西藏、甘肃、青海、安徽、福建、河南等六个省区的党委书记职位1。其中，李乐成由工信部长接任安徽省委书记1，周祖翼由福建省委书记转任河南省委书记1，赵龙由福建省长升任福建省委书记1。

在其他省区的人事调整中，胡昌升由甘肃省委书记转任西藏自治区党委书记1，吴晓军由青海省委书记转任甘肃省委书记1，罗东川由青海省长升任青海省委书记1。同时，中共中央还宣布开除中央军委副主席张又俠和中央军委委员刘振立的党籍和军籍1。二十届五中全会于10月26至29日在北京召开1。

The Communist Party of China announced sweeping personnel changes across six provincial and regional leadership positions within a two-day period preceding the 20th Central Committee's fifth plenary session, which was scheduled to convene from October 26 to 29 in Beijing.1

The reshuffle involved the appointment of three provincial Party secretaries to new posts. Li Lecheng, a 61-year-old native of Mongli, Hubei Province, transitioned from his role as minister of industry and information technology to assume the position of Anhui Provincial Party Secretary.1 Zhou Zuyi, also 61 years old and originally from Tiantai, Zhejiang Province, was transferred from his post as Fujian Provincial Party Secretary to become Henan Provincial Party Secretary.1 Zhao Long, a 59-year-old from Panjin, Liaoning Province, was promoted from Fujian Provincial Governor to Fujian Provincial Party Secretary.1

Additionally, three other provincial and regional Party secretaries were reassigned to different jurisdictions. Hu Changsheng moved from his position as Gansu Provincial Party Secretary to lead the Tibet Autonomous Region Party Committee.1 Wu Xiaojun transitioned from Qinghai Provincial Party Secretary to assume leadership of Gansu Province.1 Luo Dongchuan, the Qinghai Provincial Governor, was elevated to become Qinghai Provincial Party Secretary.1

In a separate action, the Party announced the expulsion from the Communist Party and dismissal from the military of Zhang Youxia, a vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, and Liu Zhenli, a member of the Central Military Commission.1
