朱凤莲表示，两岸空中直航航点全面复航的障碍症结在于民进党当局的不合理限制1，呼吁台湾方面顺应民意、尽快放开相关限制1。她还对9月18日至10月2日期间的包机安排评价称其"看得到，摸不着，更吃不到"1。台湾企业联合会已申请济南航点，并规划了明年春节期间的包机和航班安排1。
The Taiwan Affairs Office spokesperson Zhu Fengglian stated on September 23 that there is strong demand from people on both sides of the strait for the complete resumption of direct flight routes.1 Currently, the mainland has maintained only 14 cities with 15 flight points, operating over 300 flights per week, significantly below the pre-pandemic scale of 61 flight points with up to 890 weekly flights.1
Zhu attributed the main obstacles to full route recovery to unreasonable restrictions imposed by the Democratic Progressive Party authorities, calling on the Taiwan side to heed public sentiment and promptly lift the limitations.1 She characterized charter flight arrangements requested between September 18 and October 2 as something people "can see, cannot touch, and cannot benefit from."1 Meanwhile, Taiwan business associations have called for the approval of charter flights for the Jinan route and flight planning around next year's Lunar New Year period.1
