深圳市南山区龙瑞幼教集团揭牌成立

深圳市南山区龙瑞幼教集团于9月22日揭牌成立12，这是南山区第12个幼教集团1。集团以龙瑞幼儿园为核心园，包含南海玫瑰幼儿园、半山港湾幼儿园、双玺幼儿园、玺乐幼儿园、深铁熙府幼儿园5所成员园1，致力于通过资源共享和课程共建推进学前教育优质均衡发展。

南山区教育局党组成员、副局长黄升翼等领导出席了揭牌仪式2。龙瑞幼教集团总园长齐斌表示，"集团化办学并非用同一套标准去统一各园"1，强调了尊重各园办学特色的理念。黄升翼副局长提出三点期望：打造有温度的幼教集团、强化集团联动、擦亮美育特色品牌1。揭牌仪式同步举办了以生活化综合美育游戏课程为主题的交流研讨会，各成员园就课程建设深入交流2。

Shenzhen's Nanshan District officially established the Longru Early Childhood Education Group on September 22, marking the district's 12th such education cluster 1. The group is anchored by Longru Kindergarten as its core institution and includes five member schools: Nanhai Rose Kindergarten, Banshan Harbor Bay Kindergarten, Shuangxi Kindergarten, Xile Kindergarten, and Shentie Xifu Kindergarten 1.

According to Qi Bin, the group's superintendent, the cluster model does not impose a uniform standard across all member schools 1. The establishment ceremony was attended by Huang Shengyi, deputy director of Nanshan District Education Bureau, along with Xiao Yifu, director of the Early Childhood Education Department, and Bu Yawei, director of the Early Childhood Education Development Center 2. Alongside the unveiling, the group hosted an exchange and discussion forum focused on life-based comprehensive aesthetic education game curriculum, during which member schools engaged in in-depth dialogue on curriculum development 2. Deputy Director Huang articulated three expectations for the group: cultivating an early childhood education cluster with warmth, strengthening inter-school coordination, and enhancing the distinctive aesthetic education brand 1.
