中共中央政治局决定开除张又俠、刘振立党籍

中共中央政治局会议审议通过了对前政治局委员、中央军委副主席张又俠及前中央军委委员、军委联合参谋部参谋长刘振立的处理意见。1会议决定给予两人开除党籍处分，他们已被免去相关职务。1此前，第十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议已决定免去张又俠的中央军委副主席职务，免去刘振立的中央军委委员职务。1

China's Central Political Bureau has approved disciplinary measures against two senior military officials, marking what state media characterized as a major victory in the party and military's anti-corruption efforts.1 Former Politburo member and Central Military Commission Vice Chairman Zhang Youxia and former Central Military Commission member Liu Zhenli, who previously served as chief of the Joint Staff Department, have both been expelled from the party.1 The 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee's 24th session has removed Zhang from his position as Central Military Commission Vice Chairman and dismissed Liu from his role as a Central Military Commission member.1

The disciplinary decision addresses accusations spanning political conduct and ethics violations.1 According to the charges, both officials abandoned their original mission, grew distant from the party, lost party principles, and crossed red lines and bottom lines.1 Additional allegations include serious violations of political discipline, forming factions, disloyalty and dishonesty toward the party, using their official positions to assist others' career advancement, accepting large sums of money, and serious violations of conduct and lifestyle discipline.1 The Liberation Army Daily published a commentary titled "Unwaveringly Comprehensively Enforce Strict Party Governance and Strict Military Governance," characterizing the action as eliminating a major political risk for the party and military and representing a significant triumph in the military's anti-corruption campaign.1
