新机搭载天玑9600 Pro芯片和蔡司摄像系统1。X500 Pro配备6510mAh电池，支持90W有线充电和40W无线充电1；X500 Pro Max则搭载8000mAh电池，同样支持90W有线充电和40W无线充电1。其中Pro Max版本搭载蔡司2亿APO超级长焦，支持等效400mm蔡司增距镜G2 Ultra1。
