The ministry has explicitly stated that it has never established, approved, or launched "Minhui Tong" or any comparable projects and related applications.1 The scam tactics employed include claims of distributing high-age supplements and special welfare funds, demands for insurance premiums, deposit fees, and activation charges, as well as incentives to earn through daily check-ins, high-yield returns, and referral commissions.1
Individuals who have already suffered losses are urged to file reports with local public security authorities at their earliest convenience.1 The ministry advises the public to remain vigilant and contact emergency services by dialing 110 or the fraud hotline 96110 for inquiries and reports of suspicious activities.1
