The Googlebooks feature premium hardware specifications including OLED displays up to 2.8K resolution, metal chassis, large haptic touchpads, and a distinctive Glowbar design element that currently displays boot status and battery level.48 The Glowbar will have an API released for developers to extend its functionality.4 Under the hood, the laptops run processors from both Intel and Qualcomm equipped with dedicated neural processing units.8 Battery life reaches up to fourteen hours.8
