国家邮政局宣布"快递进村"邮政兜底试点工作取得阶段性成效。1截至8月底，17个试点县3960个建制村中，邮政兜底实现快递进村的建制村达到2939个，完成年初目标。1这一试点涉及的县多数为国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县。1

为支持试点推进，邮政集团安排投资2.1亿元，其中试点县获得专项建设资金2100多万元。1投资重点支持农村投递基础设施建设，农村投递汽车化率从62%提升至97%。1这一改进有效解决了中西部农村地区的快递服务难题。1

China's State Post Bureau announced interim achievements in the "Delivery to Villages" postal fallback pilot initiative.1 As of the end of August, among the 3,960 administrative villages across 17 pilot counties, postal services successfully enabled parcel delivery to 2,939 villages, meeting the year-end target.1 The China Post Group allocated 210 million yuan in investment to support the expansion, with rural delivery motorization rates climbing from 62 percent to 97 percent, effectively addressing logistics challenges in rural areas of central and western China.1

The pilot program was jointly launched by the State Post Bureau and China Post Group on January 29, 2026, focusing primarily on counties designated as national rural revitalization priority support areas.1 The initiative includes over 21 million yuan in specialized construction funds directed to pilot counties.1
