深圳近日启动2027年市重大项目申报工作，申报截止时间为2026年10月9日1。根据申报要求，现代产业类、基础设施类项目投资规模需达1亿元及以上，民生改善类项目需达5000万元及以上1。
今年以来，深圳重大项目投资保持稳健态势。全市共安排832个重大项目，总投资约3.2万亿元1。其中重大建设项目719个，年度计划投资3091.0亿元1。1-8月累计完成投资2252.8亿元，投资进度达72.9%1。深圳一般公共预算新增安排23.3亿元用于政府投资项目1。
Shenzhen has initiated the application process for major projects planned for 2027, with the goal of continuing to expand effective investment in the city.1 The deadline for submitting project proposals is October 9, 2026.1
Currently, Shenzhen has designated 832 major projects for the year, with a total planned investment of approximately 3.2 trillion yuan.1 Among these, 719 are major construction projects with an annual investment plan of 3,091 billion yuan.1 Through August of this year, these major construction projects have completed cumulative investments of 2,252.8 billion yuan, achieving 72.9 percent of the annual investment target.1 To further accelerate project implementation, Shenzhen has allocated an additional 23.3 billion yuan from its general public budget specifically for government-invested projects.1
Applicants must meet minimum investment thresholds depending on project category: modern industry projects require at least 100 million yuan, basic infrastructure projects require at least 100 million yuan, and livelihood improvement projects require at least 50 million yuan.1
