深圳职工星光巡演9月15日在龙华区观澜韵达快递公司举办收官专场1。本次演出汇集了来自一线职工的演职人员，共呈现歌舞、小品等10个节目1，展现了职工群体的文化风采。
该巡演品牌自2023年启动以来，已运行第4个年头1，2026年全年完成8场公益巡演1，累计服务职工超百万人次1，覆盖公交驾驶员、建筑工人、新就业形态劳动者等多个群体1。参演的职工演职人员均来自职工K歌大赛、主持人大赛、朗诵大赛等获奖选手1，充分体现了将舞台搭进车间、快递站等一线工作场景的创新理念。
The Shenzhen Workers' Starlight Tour concluded its 2026 season with a finale performance on September 15 at the Guanlan Yunda Express facility in Longhua District.1 The event featured ten acts performed entirely by frontline workers, including songs, dances, sketches, magic performances, folk music, and band performances.1 All performers were selected from winners of worker talent competitions, including singing contests, hosting competitions, and recitation contests.1
Since its launch in 2023, the tour has completed four years of operation, delivering eight public performances in 2026 and cumulatively serving more than one million workers across diverse sectors.1 The initiative has brought performances to workers in transportation, construction, and emerging employment sectors, with stages set up directly in factories, distribution centers, and other workplace venues.1
