Shenzhen's Longgang District has officially opened the Bay Area Smart Harbor (formerly Pinghu Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park) in Pinghu Sub-district, adding a new landmark facility to the region's growing industrial landscape.1 The project encompasses approximately 42,500 square meters of total land area with a floor area of roughly 193,900 square meters.1
The park operates under an innovative premium industrial space pilot program and has successfully attracted high-quality enterprises across cross-border e-commerce, supply chain logistics, and intelligent manufacturing sectors, including leading companies such as Shouteng Technology, Guojiang Premium Goods, and Changxing Keji Electronics.1 The facility features specialized design specifications, with the ground floor accommodating a load capacity of 800 kilograms per square meter and standard floors reaching 4.2 meters in height.1 Approximately 146,600 square meters of premium industrial space has been made available through the trial segmented sales model.1
