国务院任免国家工作人员

国务院任免了一批国家工作人员。1任命余晓晖为工业和信息化部副部长、潘文博为农业农村部副部长、李成钢为中华人民共和国国际贸易谈判代表（正部长级）、蔡东为国家金融监督管理总局副局长、张拥军为国家互联网信息办公室副主任、张孝堂为国家烟草专卖局副局长、刘震为国家中医药管理局副局长。1凌激兼任中华人民共和国国际贸易谈判副代表。1

同时，国务院免去徐青森的教育部副部长职务、胡卫列的司法部副部长职务、牛一兵的国家互联网信息办公室副主任职务、廖志伟的长江水利委员会主任职务。1

The State Council has made personnel changes across multiple government ministries and agencies.1

Eight officials have been appointed to senior positions. Yu Xiaohui was named deputy minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, while Pan Wenbo became deputy minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.1 Li Chenggang was appointed as China's International Trade Negotiator at the ministerial level, with Ling Ji concurrently serving as deputy international trade negotiator.1 Additional appointments include Cai Dong as deputy director of the National Financial Supervision and Management Administration, Zhang Yongjun as deputy director of the National Internet Information Office, Zhang Xiaotang as deputy director of the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, and Liu Zhen as deputy director of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.1

Simultaneously, four officials were removed from their positions. Xu Qingsen was dismissed as deputy minister of the Ministry of Education, and Hu Weilie was removed as deputy minister of the Ministry of Justice.1 Niu Yibing was relieved of his post as deputy director of the National Internet Information Office, while Liao Zhiwei was removed as director of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission.1
