深圳宝安能源生态园近日成功入选全国工业旅游发展优秀案例1，成为全国唯一以垃圾焚烧发电为主题的环保能源类项目1。该园区日处理能力达一万吨，承担着深圳市近半数生活垃圾的处置任务1。通过采用七段式烟气净化工艺、建设展厅面积逾万平方米的深圳市垃圾处理历史博物馆等举措1，这座传统的垃圾处理设施已转变为集科普教育、休闲娱乐和工业旅游于一体的生态园区1，成功破解了垃圾处理设施长期面临的"邻避"困局1。
在环保成效方面，该园区年发电量约16亿千瓦时，累计实现碳减排超900万吨1。园区二期获得了垃圾焚烧发电行业首个国家优质工程金奖，三期则获得了国际"LEED"金级认证1。作为深圳唯一入选此类案例的单位，也是广东省三家入选单位之一1，宝安能源生态园的成功经验为垃圾处理设施的转型升级提供了新的示范。
Baoan Energy Ecological Park in Shenzhen has been selected as an excellent case in the national industrial tourism development initiative, marking itself as the country's only waste-to-energy themed environmental energy project 1. The facility, located beside Laohuokeng Reservoir in Baoan District, processes approximately 10,000 tons of waste daily and handles nearly half of Shenzhen's municipal solid waste 1.
The park has successfully reimagined its traditional waste processing function through advanced technological and educational infrastructure. It employs a sophisticated seven-stage flue gas purification system incorporating SNCR denitrification, semi-dry and dry acid removal, activated carbon injection, bag filters, wet acid removal, and SCR denitrification 1. The facility generates approximately 1.6 billion kilowatt-hours annually and has achieved cumulative carbon emissions reductions exceeding 9 million tons 1. Additionally, a waste management history museum spanning over 10,000 square meters provides visitors with educational exhibits about waste processing 1.
The project has earned significant industry recognition, with its second phase awarded the national quality engineering gold award—the first in the waste-to-energy sector—and its third phase achieving international LEED gold certification 1. As Shenzhen's sole representative and one of three selected units from Guangdong Province in this national program 1, the park demonstrates how environmental infrastructure can overcome traditional community opposition while advancing sustainable development and public engagement.
