台方与会代表、两岸企业家峰会台方理事长刘兆玄指出，台湾在半导体制造、资通讯产业以及人工智能硬体供应链领域拥有全球领先优势1。他指出，在当前全球经贸环境剧烈变动的情况下，供应链重组以及去风险化成为全球包括两岸企业家都必须严肃面对的课题1。刘兆玄主张两岸企业应当将台湾的产业优势与北京的科研能力和应用场景结合，在关键技术和供应链韧性上进行战略布局1。
与会陆方代表包括国台办副主任彭庆恩和两岸企业家峰会陆方理事长郭金龙1；台方代表还包括两岸企业家峰会秘书长尹启铭和全国台企联总会长李政宏1。

Liu Zhaoxuan, chairman of the Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs Association's Taiwan chapter, highlighted Taiwan's competitive advantages in semiconductor manufacturing, information and communications technology, and artificial intelligence hardware supply chains 1. He emphasized that amid the current volatile global trade environment, supply chain restructuring and de-risking have become critical challenges that both cross-strait and global enterprises must address seriously 1. Liu called for strategic collaboration between the two regions to combine Taiwan's technological leadership with Beijing's research capabilities and application scenarios, strengthening resilience in key technologies and supply chains 1.
The mainland delegation included Beijing Mayor Yin Yong, Vice Director Peng Qingen of the Taiwan Affairs Office, and Guo Jinlong, chairman of the Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs Association's mainland chapter 1. The Taiwan side was represented by Liu Zhaoxuan, Secretary-General Yin Qiming, and Li Zhenghong, chairman of the All-China Federation of Taiwan Enterprises 1.
